Ish Arebalos has 21 years of experience in the soft drink business. Mr. Arebalos is the Community Relations Business Development Manager and is responsible for community leadership and cold drink business development in the Hispanic community for the whole state of Texas.

Currently serving on 12 boards and committees including: The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, TAMACC Corporate Partners Executive Committee Representative, LULAC Corporate Advisory Board, Child Advocates of Tarrant County, National Cowboys of Color Hall of Fame Museum, Fort Worth Arts Council, Tarrant Area Food Bank, The Northeast Tarrant Chamber of Commerce. Better Business Bureau, Special Olympics, Fort Worth ISD and Radio Shack Teacher’s Scholars Committee, and Co-Chair for Fiesta Nite At The Rodeo benefiting The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Arebalos manages El Lapiz Rojo / Red Pencil Program, a school supply and achievement program in the 76106 zip code.
One of Mr. Arebalos’ main responsibilities is to focus on the Hispanic Community. Mr. Arebalos has worked with over 800 non-profit charity organizations in 2006. Mr. Arebalos also works with local, state, and national elected officials on community projects and beverage industry issues. Mr. Arebalos started his career at Coca-Cola in the warehouse in July 1, 1985 and worked his way up through the ranks. “I have the privilege of working with some incredible community, civic, education, and philanthropic leaders. People that work hard to make life in this beautiful country the United States of America and this beautiful state we call Texas a better place to live in”. Mr. Arebalos is also the first Certified Internal Mediator for Coca-Cola Enterprises in the Texas Region and second to become certified for Coca-Cola North America. Mr. Arebalos’ first Mediation was a huge success for both parties in Evansville, Indiana on 12/5/05. Mr. Arebalos has received several awards for his never ending work in the community which include “40 Under 40,” a recognition event sponsored by the Fort Worth Business Press, Fort Worth’s premier weekly, local business journal that identifies young leaders who will be on the next wave of people making Fort Worth a great place to live and work. On April 1, 2005 Mr. Arebalos was awarded Corporate Advocate of the Year at the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber 32nd Anniversary Gala.
Mr. Arebalos has been a resident of North Richland Hills for 22 years. He is married to Bebe Arebalos for twenty one years. Mr. Arebalos and his lovely wife Bebe have four children: Joshua – 21 (M), Angela Nicole – 18 (F), Vanessa Marie – 16 (F), and Bianca Arebalos – 15 (F). Ish’s greatest joy is coming home to his grand daughter Alexys Celestia Arebalos – 34 months.
