Paula
Mendoza was elected Chairwoman of the Texas Association of Mexican-American
Chambers of Commerce (TAMACC) in July of 2005. The new officers ceremony
took place during the TAMACC 30th Annual Convention & Business
Expo in Houston, Texas.

Paula Mendoza is a native Houstonian and was raised in Houston's north side. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Houston - Downtown in Criminal Justice. She began her career in Property Management to Marketing and Public Relations and now has a small business and community outreach consulting firm. Ms. Mendoza spent eight years in the property management industry overseeing the day-to-day operations of high-rise buildings. She moved to the computer technology industry as Operations and Marketing Manager and later moved on to the Marketing and Sales Department of a commercial janitorial company. PrimePro Services, Inc then employed Ms. Mendoza as a Community Outreach Consultant for the Small Contractors Development Program, exclusively for the City of Houston/Greater Houston Wastewater Program. Ms. Mendoza provided support to minority contractors so that they could bid successfully with the City of Houston. Seminars were created specifically for the small business contractors in the areas of Bonding, Financial Analysis, OSHA requirements, Equipment Safety, Bidding, etc. Ms. Mendoza worked closely with the City of Houston's Affirmative Action Department to ensure minority participation throughout this project.
Possible Missions is a minority, women owned business certified by the Central & South Texas Minority Business Council, City of Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth Business Development Council, The Houston Minority Business Council, State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), and South Central Regional Certification Agency. Possible Missions is a consulting firm serving public and private entities. Paula Mendoza established Possible Missions in January of 2001 to serve the diversity needs of public and private entities. The company’s services include business consulting, business matching, certification assistance, community relations, establishing and maintaining business relations with community organizations, establishing and maintaining vendor databases, non-profit structural and operational assistance, public relations, small business assistance and technical assistance all in the effort to develop the infrastructure of small businesses.
